While Aubrey headlines a growing list of Cowboys contributors set to enter free agency next month, the team has clarified its intentions regarding his future in Dallas.

In case you missed it, the Cowboys have agreed to terms with running back Javonte Williams on a three-year, $24 million contract extension. Williams, 25, originally signed a one-year, $3 million deal with Dallas ahead of the 2025 season. After delivering a career-best campaign with 1,201 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns on the ground, the Cowboys are now committing to him as a long-term piece of their backfield.

On Nov. 5, 1972, in the first-ever meeting between the Cowboys and Chargers, this Dallas running back returned a special teams fumble 54 yards for a touchdown, the only one of his career.
